ic When I was a child, I was really inventive.
I saw worlds and things and people and creatures no one else could normally see.
But I wasn't alone on that. I had my sister Alexandra, and my cousins Andrea and Adriana, Orlando and Ambar.
We created games and sotries together.
Many of mine haven't been written, because I believe them to be too girly. But if a lil girl sometime in my life tells me to tell her a sotry. I would tell her mine. Maybe I should write them down as a special girl section.
But onto the topic.
RPGs
I created, with Ale, Andrea and Adriana, an RPG called The Minga Witches.
We were 3 witches, Ale, Andrea and I, and we shared a broomstick, yep, just one. One big ass broomstick, and we flew around town and we mixed potions (it really was just melted chocolate ice cream with food colorings).
From time to time, Adriana, who was really a black unicorn cop (that awesome, I know[ she loved horses]) would chase us for prank calling him and turning his house into graham... stuff like that.
Fun activities.
(thanks for making me remember jj, don't sue the su)
At my aunt Ruthy's house I had a lot of fun.
She lives on a mountain top, and when we were kids... my cousins and I would pick dry palm tree leaves and ride them down the hills.
Once it was just me and Andrea and we fell off the leaf and rolled down the mountain and we held onto the grass "Andrea! hold onto my leg!" "Natalia! hold onto my hand!"
But Andrea rolled on and she fell onto the road..... she got scratches tho...
We walked up to the house on the road and got to her house, aunt Ruthy was saying "I told you so's" while bathing us, getting the grass off us.
Group games
Hide and seek
I LOVED hide and seek, it is by far the greatest game in my agenda. It is due to my height and compact-ness I love it. I used to plan out my new hiding place every now and then.
I'd still play it.
Cops and robbers
I liked prettending I had a gun.... but i can't remember how this one went.
The mummy
In this one, the mummy has to be blind floded, and when it touches a person, said person has to lay down, he died and stuff...
And I dunno WHY me and my cousins... when there were like 3 left ( we were 8) we would sing "aaaaayuda celestial!" (it was from a game show pacheco hosted) and the ones the mummy had killed rose up from the dead xD and there were lotsa mummies!
Conclusion:
I wish I was a child again.. just to play these. Tho... kids now don't know of these games.... I can't believe I am admitting this but... technology is making our children not learn of our culture.... and childhood games are part of it.
Do not forget them. They make you develop certain things, like following the rules to a game... songs in games.... being patient, getting along, working in group..
So yeah, be sure to teach these to your kids. =]

Shut Down

I recently discovered the reason to my malfunctions. As a robot, life is simpler when you live side by side with a programmer.
Mine died years ago when I was still young.
I used to be very energetic and helpful.
And he'd always tune up and up-grade me.
You see,
There was a take-over from the green people.
Saying that robots were dangerous and not to be trusted.
I can't love, they said.
I am labeled as zinc, aluminum, metal.
They killed my programmer as a warning.
I did, indeed, love him.
I do maybe.
And if that's not the case, I still need him.
I find myself wishing I'd die already.
My life's a joke.
What was I built for, I'm nothing but a failure.
I need him to do me one last favor.
That button that hurts when I rub it.
I need it pressed.

The Importance Of Settings Goals
( This is an essay I did for college last year, when I was in Interior Designing.)
Through out life you may feel a certain monotony. You feel tired, sick, depressed and start wondering you are alive due to this monotony. A life without a purpose. A life without a meaning. In my case, I spent almost a year in that state once. I called that state the "Mental Limbo". After recognizing this proble, I decided to give my life soe meaning. I set out a purpose. I did not, and still do not want to throw myself at life blindly. I decided to become an Interior Designer. After that I felt healthier, and much happier also. "Goals represent expectations, hopes and dreams, and to the extent our goals re achieved, we are succesful." Bettie B. Young tells us in an article, and I could not agree more. It is really important to set out goals, otherwise life will be pretty much boring and meaningless. Goals can be simple or complicated. It is best to just aim for an achievabe one.
To achieve my goals, I decided to study. I decided on Interior Designer as a carrier because I enjoy decorating and art. For others, there are different way to find goals and to decide them. I have a friend who was suffering from the same "Mental Limbo". I used to read his blogs and I would get so amazed by is writting. I told him he should write a story and he like the idea very much. To have a goal as simple as writing a story, in a life where all you do is go to a bottle company (for work) and sleep made a great difference in his health and mood. "Creating a new world", as he tells me, "through out writting is amazing".
But there's a downside to goals, and that is failure. Most people give up too easily, like another friend of mine, she's given up on finding a job, she says she will always live with her mother. No matter how much I try to motivate her al she thinks of is money, which is an empty goal.
Empty goals, like money, are not fulfilling in my opinion. "Most people aim at nothing in life and hit it with amazing accuracy", said Jim Cathcart, a noted profesional speaker. It's like going to an ice crea shop and asking the employee for "any flavor", not a specific one, and the employee will not give you anything at all, or gives you a flavor you dislike. That is why you need to decide your flavor, your goal.
As I said, setting goals is important. It gives you a reason to go on. To study. To work. To write. "With goals life will have greater meaning and purpose" said Bruce Wares. "I'll be an interior designer", "I'll visit Japan someday", "I'll have a garden", are examples of some of my goals. Bruce also says that life will be ore exciting and fullfilling, and not only life, but work also. If I get a job I'd put my visiting Japan goal in the official "goal list". A written goal is like a commitment.
You should be able to control them. Focus on your goal. Do not give up. Life will have a meaning. Life will be ife for once if you have a goal. Without a goal you will be just a money making machine or you would be suffering from the monotony of the "Mental Limbo".
Achieving a goal would be the greatest feeling. It's like everytie you cook something really well, you feel happy about yourself and smile between bites. When you achieve a goal you feel proud of yourself and there is nothing better than that. It is the lesson I learned. Have a goal. Make it happen.

My energizer
Because sometimes I miss the things we talked about.
All those nights were we spoke of nothing and everything.
All the times we laughed so hard we woke up everyone in the house.
It was the life.
It was the spark.
Just the thing I needed for my battery of a heart to keep going and going.
You were my energizer.
My opposite.
I gave you the trunk
and you sprouted it's branches.
There is so much more I would say,
but I'll just keep it to myself.
It would matter not
how much I'd give.
I will just buy those,
the re-chargeable ones.
